Incredo is a global ingredient technology company. Founded on pharmaceutical-inspired delivery science applied to food, we study the molecular intelligence of ingredients and build technologies that unlock their hidden potential.

Our Origin

When we say something is impossible, most of the time it's because we don't know enough yet.

We had always been told that combining taste and nutrition was impossible. That enhancing health without giving something up was impossible. That preserving pleasure while making food healthier was impossible.

The truth is simpler: we didn't know enough. So we decided to learn more.

Founded in 2014 by Professor Avraham Baniel and his son Eran, Incredo was built on a hypothesis: that the tools developed by pharmaceutical science to optimize how active ingredients are delivered in the body could be applied to ingredients in food. That the same precision used to engineer bioavailability could be turned toward engineering taste.

We went deeper into the science of ingredients, studying how they are structured, how they perform, how they interact with the human body. We went deeper into physiology, understanding how taste is formed, transmitted, and perceived by the brain. And from that knowledge, we built something new.

A technology that unlocks the natural potential of ingredients, without substituting or overriding them. A technology that makes space for more: more nutritional value, more enjoyment, more of what makes food worth eating.

We didn't settle for less. We aimed for more.
